Operator

Cerynix is developed and operated by Andrejs Sevcenko, an individual established in Latvia (postal address supplied on request). Cerynix's intellectual property is intended to be held by SIA Cerynix (a Latvian limited-liability company); its registration number and registered office will be published here once finalised. Until then, Andrejs Sevcenko is the operating and contracting party for the website and Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Because that corporate registration is still pending, the copyright notice in every page footer reads “© 2026 Cerynix” — a deliberate placeholder for the trading name rather than a claim about a registered company. It will be replaced with the registered entity, its registration number and its registered office once those are filed.

Regulatory & jurisdiction

Governing law and courts: Republic of Latvia — see Terms of Service §12. Data protection supervisory authority: the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv. Cerynix supports NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR readiness; it does not itself hold any third-party certification (see the Security page).

Andrejs Sevcenko is responsible for the content of this website under general law. We make reasonable efforts to keep marketing claims accurate and current; where a statement describes a planned rather than shipped capability, it is labelled as such.
